Standards of Service
1. New Electrical Installations
Upon receiving a fully completed form and required drawings, we will:
- Acknowledge your inquiry within 2 working days.
- Provide a written quote within 15 working days for straightforward installations.
- Provide a written quote within 25 working days for complex installations.
2. Electrical Supply Restoration
- Restore supply within 18 hours for distribution board failures.
- Follow utility provider’s charter for network failures (typically within 24 hours).
3. Main Fuse or Faulty Meter
- Respond within 3 hours during working hours or 4 hours after hours.
- Notify the utility provider within 24 hours for meter replacement.
4. Inquiries and Complaints
- Provide an initial response within 2 working days.
- Offer a detailed response or schedule a visit within 10 working days.
Exemptions to Standards
While we strive to meet these standards, exceptions may occur due to:
- Inaccessibility or unsafe premises.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Exceptional circumstances or legal obligations.
